Evelyn Rae is passionate about helping Adult Children of Narcissists heal their narcissistic trauma, break the cycle of self-abandonment and unleash their inner bad-ass. She is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist, Parent Coach and Positive Discipline Educator and has facilitated workshops for pre-school teachers and trainings for over 500 parents. As an adult child of a narcissist and with 12+ years of experience co-parenting with a narcissist, Evelyn knows first-hand the debilitating impact this insidious abuse can have on survivors. She writes a weekly blog on this topic, and she is currently writing her first book to offer hope, empowerment, and practical tools so that survivors can break the cycle for themselves and their children. She offers a 12-week coaching program for Adult Children to heal from the abuse of a narcissistic parent. Evelyn Rae lives with her bad-ass husband, teen stepdaughters, young boys and neurotic husky in Austin, Texas.
