Lily Joy Friedling, MA is a certified relationship coach whose mission is to be your partner in finding and building authentic, joyful connection. She helps individuals nurture romantic relationships, navigate the dating scene, and build healthy friendships and community. Lily supports her clients in effectively handling challenges that arise in relationships with loved ones, including family members and partners – and to break free from old patterns that came from harmful relationships with a parent or past partners.

She offers a compassionate coaching experience that gently gives you the structure and support you need to move forward, one achievable step at a time. Her nurturing style empowers clients to overcome self-limiting beliefs and build genuine relationships. Drawing on 10 years of mentoring, consulting and coaching and her education in psychology and human development at Bates College and Columbia University, Lily helps you to rediscover your self-worth and cultivate healthier bonds.
